My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and collaborative providing a safe space for clients to openly explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, as each client’s journey is unique. Rather than relying on a single approach, I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. By offering personalized guidance and practical tools, I aim to help clients build self-awareness and resilience and achieve lasting personal growth.

My Approach

I use an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my practice to meet each client’s unique needs. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I focus on the client as a holistic individual. I pay close attention to the mind-body connection, utilizing both mindfulness based and somatic centred techniques to create a compassionate and evidence-based framework for growth and healing.

My Challenge

A challenge I often face is my dislike for routine and the mundane. I thrive on exploring new ideas, learning new things, and constantly seeking variety and a deeper connection to the meaning of life. which sometimes makes it difficult to stay engaged in repetitive everyday tasks.

My Superpower

Something I have always loved and consider a superpower is my desire and ability to connect with others on a deep, authentic level. I approach conversations without judgment, and my natural curiosity creates an environment where people feel open and comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions. This helps me build meaningful connections and develop a deep understanding of both the individual and the differing perspectives of this world.

As a Campaigner (ENFP-A), I am enthusiastic, outgoing, and thrive on social connections and creativity. I am driven by curiosity and passion, always seeking new experiences and meaningful conversations to inspire both personal growth and positive change in the world around me.

My Passion

I am passionate about holistic well-being, particularly exploring the connection between the mind and body and how they interact. I also love sports and physical activity, especially swimming and nature hikes. In addition, I enjoy practicing mindfulness, such as meditation, journaling, and catching up with friends over a good coffee. I am an animal lover and enjoy taking my pup on good trail walks, which he loves! These activities help me stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and maintain a sense of balance in life.
