My style can be described as warm, authentic, and active. I promise to meet you where you are on your journey. I’m committed to listening intently to your concerns, helping bring clarity, and provide you with practical and effective skills to suffer less and live more. As of July 2025 I have entered my supervised practice period to become a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. When I finish this in January 2027, I will be able to provide assessment and diagnostic services in addition to psychotherapy.

My Approach

I prioritize a compassionate and client-centered therapeutic approach. I believe in collaborative treatment based on your individuality because I understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to human beings.

My Challenge

I’m not perfect, I’m human too! I’m always juggling my time between work and personal life. I try to make sure I get my self-care in because that makes me a better person, but usually that’s the first thing to go when things get busy.

My Superpower

I’m pretty good at making conversation with people, both in and out of the therapy setting. I believe in being friendly first and it usually helps me in life. Also, I have this uncanny ability to get things to work, such as, passwords, gadgets, etc. I’m sure this has frustrated and pleased many people in my life in equal measure!

ENFJ (Protagonist) is a personality type with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging traits. These warm, forthright types love helping others, and they tend to have strong ideas and values. They back their perspective with the creative energy to achieve their goals.

My Passion

I’m passionate about helping people live a meaningful and fulfilling life based on what matters to them most. This is completely individual, and I strive to create a safe non-judgmental space in my office and online practice. Life throws us challenges, that’s part of the human experience. I believe it’s our ability to be flexible that helps us to build resilience and thrive during difficult times.
