Jesse has seen firsthand how timely therapeutic intervention can result in dramatic changes. Jesse extends a calming presence to anyone he meets. Jesse’s listening skills are highly attuned to hear your unique needs and listen for possible blind spots that you can explore together in your journey.

Working with Jesse means that you’ll be met with empathy, understanding, openness, and patience. Using techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and other evidence-based approaches, Jesse aims to help you build a better and kinder relationship with your thoughts and feelings in a way that makes sense for you.

Jesse is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Currently, he is in the final stages of completing his Master of Psychology degree at Adler Graduate School in Toronto, where his research has focused on the use of self-compassion to treat Social Anxiety Disorder. Jesse has supported individuals in private practice and crisis intervention through issues such as, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more. He has helped people gain clarity in their life and develop a kinder relationship to themselves. In Jesse’s experience, such incremental changes have positively shifted the way people show up in the world and better equipped them to confront challenges in the process of achieving their goals and living out their values.
