Corinne holds a deep interest and respect for the people that she works with. She is client-centered and trauma-informed and her therapeutic style can be described as authentic, compassionate, and engaged. People who have worked with Corinne have noted feeling heard, validated, supported, and helped to feel better about themselves and their situation. Corinne will provide a safe space for you to explore your struggles, get curious about your experience, and move towards the life you want in the way you want.
Corinne is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and earned her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Western University. Drawing upon her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Corinne has worked extensively with individuals in both short-term and long-term therapy models to address their concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, emotion regulation, self-esteem, grief and loss, stress management, and life transitions. She is most passionate about working with individuals who struggle with perfectionism, anxiety and self-doubt, and building genuine confidence.
