The Walk-In Counselling Clinic provides immediate counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. The walk-in sessions are free to all members of the community with no restrictions based on age or location. Appointments are not required.

Bounceback is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. It's delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos. You'll get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellbeing.
