Kyle is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and earned his Master’s in Counselling from the University of Ottawa. For the past 15 years, Kyle has specialized in helping people unhook themselves from unwanted issues including anxiety, depression, pain, grief, trauma, and PTSD. His therapeutic approach is informed by his training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MCBT), and Prolonged Exposure therapy (PE). Through years of experience in the rehabilitation space, Kyle has developed a special interest in helping individuals and families suffering from chronic pain, trauma, PTSD, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) following motor vehicle accidents (MVAs). He extends his passion for evidence-based care in his leadership roles, including clinical supervision, mentorship, and delivering educational workshops to other clinicians.
